Adoption of a 1% local Sales and Compensating Use Tax within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for which collections of the levy will begin on January 1, 2022 and shall cease to be levied on December 31, 2031.

AGAINST

Adoption of a 1% local Sales and Compensating Use Tax within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas for which collections of the levy will commence on January 1, 2022 and shall cease to be levied on December 31, 2031.

Request by Mail:

By September 7: Call the Pulaski County Clerk at 501-340-8336 to ask for an absentee ballot be mailed to you.

Request in Person:

By September 10: Go to the Pulaski County/Circuit Clerk office at 401 W. Markham, Suite 100 of the Pulaski County Courthouse, in downtown Little Rock.

You can ask for and submit a completed application, wait for your ballot, vote the ballot, and return it, all in the same visit. You may wish to do this if you’re voting before Early Voting begins on September 7th.

September 10 Deadline

Absentee ballots must be received at the Pulaski Co Clerk’s office by September 10 to be counted.

Election Officials will begin opening, canvassing, and counting Absentee Ballots at 8:30 a.m. on Election Day, September 14th, at the following location: Pulaski County Regional Building, 501 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201.

ELECTION RESULTS INFO

Election Results will begin posting on the Election Commission’s website (www.votepulaski.net) after 7:30 p.m. on Election Day, until all results are in.
