GOAL: To raise $5,000 for our VIP Voters’ Issues Project by August 14th

WHY: We insist on a government that values truth and transparency, that works toward justice, inclusion and equity. Our votes are needed to protect our public institutions and our democracy.

WHAT: We are mobilizing voters in central Arkansas who care about justice, equity, inclusion, and compassion in our government. We aim to help send more elected leaders who care about these values to our Arkansas State legislature and to Congress.

Please DONATE to help us mobilize central Arkansas voters on values of equity & compassion, especially when so many Arkansans are experiencing inequitable impacts from the coronavirus pandemic.

HOW: We will use these funds to:

• mail handwritten letters and absentee ballot applications to voters

• hang door-hangers on voters’ doors with links to voter education materials & important election dates

• mail voters scorecards with information on how the candidates vote on issues we care about

COVID-19: The failure of our national leadership during the ongoing pandemic has cost lives and our very way of life. This failure makes the VIP Voter Project’s work encouraging voters critical. Normally we would canvass neighborhoods and hold meaningful in-person conversations with central Arkansas voters. Coronavirus has made that unsafe. Mailers & printings cost more. And that’s why we need your help now.
